The type of personal information we collect.

We currently collect and process the following information:
⦁ Personal information (including Full name and age)
⦁ Contact details (including email address and phone number)
⦁ Geographic Identifiers (including country/state of residence)
⦁ Digital Identifiers, such as social media handles (if connecting account to social media)

We never ask for personal data related to your racial or ethnic origins, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, data concerning your sexual orientation or data relating to criminal convictions and offences, unless it is required through a legal obligation.

The type of information our site automatically collects.

In addition to the above, our site automatically collects technical information (including I.P. Addresses, the type of browser you are using, how long you visited our site, when you arrived at our site; page response times, length of visit, data downloaded/uploaded, and download/upload errors).

How we get the personal information and why we have it.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

a) When you register an account with us.
b) When you send us correspondence via email.

We use the information that you have given us in order to offer educational content and services.

⦁ We have a legitimate interest. To improve our products and services and ensuring the safety or our digital environment, as well as undertaking transactional and statistical research and market reserch.

How we store your personal information.

Given the decentralized nature of certain features of the Kabuni platform, some information is recorded on a blockchain and are immutable by nature.
Kabuni is ensuring compliance with data protection regulation by ensuring that personal information remains off-chain, what effectively preserve the anonymity of the data stored on the blockchain.
Content that you upload to the website will not automatically be deleted, and will have to be manually deleted by the user who uploaded it or requested by a user for it to be deleted due for a legitimate reason (such as violating our Terms and Conditions on uploaded/user generated content).

Who has access to personal data and with whom they are potentially shared.

We generally keep your personal data within our company.
However, in order to fulfil the different purposes stated above, and subject to the applicable law relating to information sharing, we may disclose your personal data to the following parties:

⦁ Amongst the circle of Kabuni affiliates, some of your non-identifying personal data may be disclosed for reasons linked to IT support and processing;

⦁ Outside the circle of Kabuni affiliates, the following parties may receive your personal data :

⦁ external service providers whose participation is necessary for the provision of services to clients, in particular in the information technologies, payments and communication sector.

⦁ independent agents, intermediaries or brokers and specialized partners, with which we have a regular relationship;⦁ financial, taxation, regulatory or judicial authorities, state agencies or public bodies, upon request and to the extent permitted by law;

⦁ financial institutions,, insurance companies and payment and credit card issuers (as may be consented by you, from time to time);

⦁ fraud prevention agencies in order to check the identity of the client or individuals or to investigate or prevent money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity.

In principle, we do not transfer your personal data outside of the UK and the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
Were that to be the case and should the transmission of your personal outside of these regions be envisaged, Kabuni will satisfy itself that an adequacy decision has been adopted by the European Commission or, where applicable, that suitable guarantees are in place (for example: the adoption of standard data protection clauses, adherence to a code of conduct or certification).

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
